FUMO is a blend and is the result of combining several spirits from different types of grapes and vintages. Each type individually helps give the product a specific feature.

D Wine è un Brandy (distillato di vino), risultato di una doppia distillazione eseguita separatamente di varie qualità di vini dell’area Trevigiana. La durata dell’invecchiamento è stata calibrata in base alle cessioni di tannini e di lignina. Il distillato viene prima posto in tonneau di quercia per diventare tecnicamente brandy e successivamente in barrique di legni italiani per acquisire lo stile “EVO“. Questi particolari legni hanno conferito a D Wine un colore ambrato intenso e hanno trasferito al prodotto aromi unici.
- EVO Grappa riserva gradazione: 42% Vol 0.5 LT. EVO è una grappa (distillato di vinaccia) che per legge viene definita “riserva” poiché riposa oltre 18 mesi in botti di legno. Le botti utilizzate sono barriques di legni diversi e non necessariamente di primo ciclo
- Grappa riserva gradazione: 42% Vol 0.5 LT. "Fumo" è un "blend" di distillati di vinaccia "riserva", ossia invecchiati in barriques di legni diversi. La sua unicità consiste nell'aver "sposato" il fumo di torba vegetale, prima della distillazione. "Fumo" è il risultato di più acquaviti, ricavate da vinacce di diversa tipologia e di diverse annate.
