Shipment

For the shipment of products, ENOGLAM relies on specialized couriers and proven reliability for the delivery of orders on Italian and foreign territory.

All shipments will be accompanied by the obligatory documentation to accompany and identify the goods (invoice, transport document) and any attachments required by law and foreign countries of destination.

The shipping costs will be indicated at the end of the order and will appear at the confirmation of the shopping cart.

Delivery time:
Delivery is expected within 3-4 working days from the verification of the payment, except for delays due to the preparation of the products or unforeseen circumstances of the couriers. If payment is made by credit card the order will be processed in real time, while if payment is made by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after confirmation of receipt of the transfer through our bank.

Damage to products:
If at the time of delivery the package shows evident signs of tampering or damage that may have compromised the integrity of the content, the customer must indicate his observations in the receipt presented by the courier.
